Stylish Fitness Wear & Gear That Makes Me Want to Work Out (and Honor the Body God Gave Me)

As the new year kicks off, I'm embracing a fresh perspective on wellness. Rather than striving for perfection or getting caught up in pressure-filled goals, I’m choosing a more sustainable and meaningful approach—moving my body with gratitude, intention, and faith.

This year, wellness is not about punishment or comparing myself to others. It's about honoring the body God has gifted me and nurturing it with grace.

I love listening to The Bible Recap to stay in the Word every day, alongside my personal Bible reading. And when I work out, worship and praise music is always playing. It feeds my mind, fuels my spirit, and strengthens my walk with the Lord.

As it says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, “Don't you know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies.”
