’Twas the month before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The stockings were hung by the chimney with flair and charm… all in hopeful anticipation that Saint Nicholas would soon be there. It’s hard to believe Christmas is just a month away!
Our family tree is already twinkling, and our beloved needlepoint stockings are back in their place. The coziness of the season has settled in, and with Thanksgiving just around the corner, our home is filling with the comforting scents of our family-favorite recipes. These moments—laughing in the kitchen, preparing meals, gathering together—feel like little gifts from God. I’m truly grateful for this time of year and the blessings it brings.

Summer is in full swing here, with the businesses it always brings. It has been terribly hot here, just like for most of you, and I have to admit I'm looking forward to Christmas and the cooler temperatures. It's a little hard to even think about Christmas when we're stuck in the middle of a heat wave, but just thinking about it makes me feel colder. Our AC is working overtime trying to stay cool.
Christmas is less than 6 months away... bring on the cozy pajamas, twinkling lights, and that magical feeling that only Christmas brings.
I love Christmas in July and seeing holiday items starting to arrive but I also enjoy summer and what it brings.. lots of sunshines, backyard barbecues, family gatherings, but there’s just something about the anticipation of Christmas that I absolutely love. So yes, I might still be wearing sandals, shorts, and sundresses, but I'm also starting to plan holiday inspirations for Christmas 2025... Too soon? Maybe. But if you're like me and love Christmas, then you know the magic begins long before December... or perhaps it never stopped at all.

Honestly, I could listen to it all year long; it really keeps me in the festive spirit!

I don't know about you, but I am still trying to soak up Christmas, even though many have turned their lights off and taken decorations down. On the days after Christmas, I try to shop, enjoy the season still, relax, and get some great bargains, too! I can get carried away with all the deals that are going on right now, but when you save and get great items, it is hard not to! The Secret Gift of Christmas is premiering this Friday on the Hallmark Channel. By the looks of the photos, it will be a fun-filled Holiday movie filled with festive fashions galore! I was especially drawn to Meghan Ory's stylish clothes, so I had to shop, see what I could find, and share it with you all!
The story of this movie reminds me a lot of one of my favorites a few years back on Lifetime: "A Gift Wrapped Christmas." I absolutely love that movie and catch it every year, so hopefully, this will be the same. Check out my fashion finds below from Hallmark's "The Secret Gift of Christmas"!
