Prayers for Israel

My heart has been so heavy for the people of Israel. I have seen and heard so many disturbing news coming out of there. It is beyond words how devastating this act of war is on this country.

May God bless Israel and guide our country as we support this Holy Nation.

I know God is in control, and JESUS already said that all the nations will gather against it, but they will not prevail and only hurt themselves. HIS word is our peace right now! All we can do is pray!

Get the Lʘʘk: Alison Sweeney, Barbara Niven, Lisa Durupt, & Tess Atkins Fashions in "A Zest for Death: A Hannah Swensen Mystery"

Hannah Swensen is baking up another mystery movie on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries this weekend. I can't wait to watch. I love seeing what is being stirred up in Eden Lake. Plus, Lisa Durupt is back, which I am so glad to see. She always brought such fun to this mystery series, and I loved her banter and sisterly love with Alison. It should be good!

Movie Synopsis:
House hunting takes an unexpected turn with the discovery of an undesirable feature – a dead body – in “A Zest for Death: A Hannah Swensen Mystery,” a new original premiering Friday, October 6, on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
They say the real estate business is deadly, but no one is more surprised than Hannah Swensen (Sweeney) when her mother, Delores (Niven), discovers the dead body of the homeowner – and regular customer of The Cookie Jar – while house-hunting for her sister Michelle (Tess Atkins, “The Flash”). Hannah is determined to get to the bottom of the mystery and is convinced that the prime suspect Mike (Mathison) and the Sheriff (Mike Dopud, “Charmed”) are focusing on isn’t the culprit. As Hannah uncovers clues, she slowly rules out suspects and is led to the shocking truth about the killer’s identity.

Get the Lʘʘk: Jessica Lowndes' & Trevor Donovan's Fashion in Great American Family's "A Harvest Homecoming"

Jessica Lowndes and Trevor Donovan will star in a new Fall movie on Great American Family. A Harvest Homecoming premieres September 30th. You don't want to miss out on this reunion of Jessica & Trevor (90210 Alums Teddy and Adrianna) in this heartfelt family movie! This movie and others kick off Great American Family's fall movie lineup. This movie centers around an apple orchard farm, so our family can relate, and it is perfect to be part of the Great American Autumn. It may be my pick to be my favorite from their fall movies...we shall see.

Storyline: In A Harvest Homecoming, teacher Drew Granger (Donovan) accepts a temporary substitute job in his old hometown of Chestnut Hollow, Texas, where he meets Aiden, the proverbial new kid at school, desperate for a caring friend. While he would rather have taken a job anywhere else, Drew reconsiders Chestnut Hollow when he meets Lainie Abbott (Lowndes), the new manager of his parents' massive apple orchard and cider mill business, and more importantly, Aiden's mom.

I have been so excited to share Jessica and Trevor's fashion from the movie and some festive fall pieces as well. I have seen a lot of apples this season on clothing and accessories. Whether it be on sweaters, tees, etc., it seems to be the trend for fall! We have Honeycrisp apple trees on our farm, and we love picking and cooking with them yearly. We make homemade apple pies and slow-cooked stewed apples, both without sugar. We sometimes add a little maple syrup and cinnamon to give the apples more flavor and sweetness... organic farm-to-table. Just so good!🍎

Fall Back in Love with New Autumn Decor for the Home

Hello Fall... I can't believe today is the official start of the Fall season. Cool breezes will be settling in, but not here yet! It's still quite hot where I live, but I know Fall is just around the corner. It's time for pumpkins, hayrides, campfires, apple cider, cool, cozy days, pumpkin spice everything, flannels, falling leaves, and sweater weather... all things Fall!

This season goes by so quickly, and I love decorating for each of them, so I already started a few weeks ago, so I can enjoy it for several weeks before I start decorating for Christmas; oh my, did I just say that!

I have started with pumpkins, wreaths, etc. inside, but I have been searching for faux pumpkins for our porch. While searching, I found some adorable and cozy items I had to share with you all!
