Happy Fall Everyone! I can't believe how fast summer went, but it does not seem like it here in the Midwest. The calendar might say the First day of Fall, but it sure doesn't feel it when it is in the 90s. We will have cooler temps next week and hopefully some rain; we are very dry and will probably be harvesting soon because of the drought. We shall see, but crisp fall air will soon be upon us, and you know what that means... Boot Season is Here ~ YAY! I love a good pair of boots. I feel more confident when I put them on. I already have quite a few pairs, but I have seen several new cute styles, such as cowboy, duck boots, etc., that I might need to add to my collection, and I hope you all see some you may want as well below. So, let's bootscoot into Fall in some cute footwear!

Fall fashion is rolling in every store. Below are my favorite picks to transition into fall: warm tones, sweaters, jackets, and classic, timeless pieces and layers that will get you ready when the season changes. I love summer fashions, but these new fall pieces excite me for cooler weather.

I can't believe summer is almost over. It feels like it just began, and I still have so many outdoor projects before the chill sets in. We just had our house reroofed. What a painstaking, hot job for these men to do. I watched in amazement how hard they worked. It is a nice feeling that it is done, and it looks great. Now, onto the next project.

Happy FALL🍂 Everyone! Fall fashion season is Here! Cozy sweaters, Chic Jackets are great for Fall, but the one accessory that’s an absolute must is a great pair of BOOTS! When it comes to the Fall season, it’s all about the perfect balance between style and comfort. You can stock your new fall season with either ankle booties, midcalf, western, or chunky-sole styles.

I was inspired to do this post today because one year ago I started this blog...I can't believe it! What better way to kick off the second year for my blog, then with a post about boots.
