Hey everyone! I’m so excited to share that the KLove Fan Awards are airing tonight on TBN at 7:30 PM ET! I look forward to this show every year, and I can't wait to hear some of my favorite songs performed live. This year had an amazing lineup of nominations that I struggled to pick my favorites!
I know it will be exciting to celebrate and watch all the incredible music, movies, and amazing ways that God has worked through so many talented artists. It's truly inspiring to see how their gifts have touched lives and spread the life-changing message of Jesus. Each song and film tells a story, and it is a blessing to witness the positive impact they have in today's industry! I always enjoy seeing all the artists come together and share the message of Jesus' hope and love!
Three artists I absolutely love are Anne Wilson, Leanna Crawford, and Megan Woods. From what I’ve seen on social media, they really brought down the house with the spirit of the Lord! Their performances are sure to uplift and inspire.
I also have to mention how stunning these ladies looked in their dresses! I especially loved how Anne made her dress a bit more modest; it was such a beautiful choice. If you're curious about their styles, I’ve found some places where you can snag them. You can catch them on the red carpet in these lovely dresses before the show.
Don’t miss the show tonight! I know you will be truly blessed by the music and the messages shared. Be sure to check out their fabulous fashions below!
Happy watching!
Here is Anne's stunning dress (Link to Find Here) that she had expertly altered to be more modest. I absolutely love how she chooses to exemplify beauty while serving the Lord!
The dress is adorned with white iridescent sequins that shimmer beautifully, complemented by a delicate pink scalloped edge. Honestly, Anne looks so radiant and bold in this show-stopping statement piece. The way it catches the light from every angle is truly mesmerizing – she looked incredibly lovely!
It's always refreshing to see someone who embraces their style while also embracing their values. Anne is definitely shining bright and setting a wonderful example for all ladies!

Happy New Year, everyone! As we look to a new year and season full of so many opportunities, I think of my hopes and dreams, especially my prayers for 2024. I pray for God's peace, hope, and joy for you all in this new year HE has blessed us with! And for each of us to see the life-changing message of God's love. Christmas may be over and tucked away until next winter, but we can open our hearts to celebrate Jesus all year long!
Our family always likes to take DaySpring's Word of the Year Quiz to find our 2023 Word of the Year - just one word to help us focus on what God calls us to accomplish in the year ahead. My word for the year was Trust, which reminds me of an old hymn dear to my heart...
Trust and obey, for there's no other way
To be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey
Oh, Trust and obey, for there's no other way
To be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey
And 'Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus
Just to take Him at His Word, Just to rest upon His promise, Just to know, "Thus saith the Lord."
Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him!
How I've proved Him o'er and o'er
Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus!
Oh, for grace to trust Him more.
With Scripture, God gives us the answers we crave as we cling to HIS hope. So, let's turn to HIS Word as we focus on a direction for the next twelve months rather than resolutions that only last a few days. Let's look to the Lord for help to live our faith in 2024.

Dayspring also has many things that can bring inspiration to our homes after December and into the new year; even a few simple changes to your home décor can bring more joy and peace to our hearts and our families!

I heard this new song yesterday on KLOVE from Katy Nichole, "My God Can." This song reminds us even though we might not be able to conquer all, there is still hope in Jesus! So, when we feel weak, God is strong! God never fails! With God, all is possible; when we can't, God can! The song is based on Phillipian 4:13. So, as we approach this new year, when we face different things and think I can't, know that God can! Please enjoy this new video from Katy Nichole below.
Happy Blessed New Year, Everyone!

I haven’t posted for a bit, not knowing what to write, and so I’ve been praying about when & what to say. My heart breaks to see our country hurting like this, and I want more than anything to share the love of Jesus during this time. HE is the only answer to all of the hurt, hatred, violence, and sin. As little children growing up in church, my brother, sister and I were taught “Jesus Loves The Little Children.” The words in that sweet hymn are so true, we are all His children and Jesus loves us and wants to comfort us... no matter our sins, color, or age! He Love Us All... red and yellow black and white we are all precious in His Sight, Jesus Loves the Children of the World. If we all could see each other and love as Jesus does us, this world would be a better place!
I have also turned my TV off and turned KLOVE radio on. Listening to Christian Music always helps me and He inhabits the praise of His People. Christian Music calms my fears and draws me closer to Him. I especially like the song by The Afters... I Will Fear No More. I know so many that are fearful of what is happening and this song speaks about our fear and giving the load to God... He will carry it for us if we let Him. I hope this song gives you courage and strength... as it does me. I have included a video below. I encourage you to listen to the words.
Every anxious thought that steals my breath It's a heavy weight upon my chest As I lie awake and wonder what the future will hold Help me to remember that You're in control
You're my courage when I worry in the dead of night You're my strength 'cause I'm not strong enough to win this fight You are greater than the battle raging in my mind I will trust You, Lord I will fear no more
I will lift my eyes I will lift my cares Lay them in Your hands I'll leave them there When the wind and waves are coming You shelter me Even though I'm in the storm, the storm is not in me
You're my courage when I worry in the dead of night You're my strength 'cause I'm not strong enough to win this fight You are greater than the battle raging in my mind I will trust You, Lord I will fear no more I will fear no more I will fear no more
No power can come against me 'Cause You have overcome No darkness can overwhelm me 'Cause You've already won No power can come against me 'Cause You have overcome No darkness can overwhelm me 'Cause You've already won
You're my courage when I worry in the dead of night You're my strength 'cause I'm not strong enough to win this fight You are greater than the battle raging in my mind I will trust You, Lord I will fear no more
I will fear no more I will fear no more I will fear no more
I will fear no more
Take Care Everyone! God’s Blessings

I was so blessed to read my Sister's interview with Candace Cameron Bure. I wanted to share as well the scripture that Candace is leaning on and trusting God, during this time.
Matthew 6:26-34 (HCSB)
26 Look at the birds of the sky: They don’t sow or reap or gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you worth more than they?
27 Can any of you add a single cubit to his height by worrying?
28 And why do you worry about clothes? Learn how the wildflowers of the field grow: they don’t labor or spin thread.
29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was adorned like one of these!
30 If that’s how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and thrown into the furnace tomorrow, won’t He do much more for you—you of little faith?
31 So don’t worry, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’
32 For the idolaters eagerly seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you.
34 Therefore don’t worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
I pray this weekend will give you all some Hope for... He is our hope, today and forever! (2 Corinthians 1:20)

Spring Cleaning is upon us, and this year with the threat of the coronavirus you might be more incline then ever to clean from top to bottom and then all over again. Become a cleaning machine! I don’t mean that your house needs to be spic and span, rather; be diligent and disinfect the objects and surfaces you touch on a regular basis, from your electronic devices, light switches, counter tops, and all doorknobs... including your car!
As our nation faces this together, we must support our President and his leadership in the decisions that have been made, and most of all Trust the Lord to keep us safe! I know I usually share fashion on my blog, and that is great, but the opportunity to share with you and maybe calm your fears was weighing heavy on my heart. Your fashion style is important and it feels good to pretty on the outside, but being anxious on the inside brings on anxiety and worry, which brings down your immune system. Jesus is what we all need now! So, fix your eyes on HIM and not the “fake news” and HE will carry us all through this! HE is always steadfast and if we all stand in faith, HE will heal our land!
Just open your hearts to HIM today and give it all to Him! I have always heard cleanliness is next to Godliness. Well, as a nation as we are striving to keep things clean, let us all stand with God and ask HIM to cleanse and renew our hearts, pray for revival during this time we face, and pray many come to know the Lord! Even if we are staying home and not venturing out places, we as Christians can Share the good news of Jesus with all on social media! Share Jesus Today and Live Your Faith!
Here are some great things to do each day to support a healthy wonderful lifestyle.
1. Washing your hands with basic natural soap. 2. Getting movement everyday, even if it’s just a walk. 3. Sleeping for at least 8 hours each night by not staying up late surfing and reading all the bad news! 4. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid Sugar...this brings down the immune system. Live Food is Best! 5. Stock up bottled water, non-perishable foods, and natural cleaning products! 6. Keeping your distance from others...this is not rude just smart!
I know many of you may have some of these cleaning items or staples in your homes already...great, but if not, below are just some of my suggestions. I always use organic and natural products, such as white vinegar to clean my home. I have researched and vinegar can tackle household bacteria like salmonella, E. coli and other “gram-negative” bacteria.
I normally use a 1-1 ratio of vinegar and water. Soak & spray wipe things down and then I use natural liquid soap as well to clean! I also drink Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in water every day... so good for the immune system. Hopefully, you will find some of these tips and products helpful.
How about a stay at home movie night. This popcorn would be great for that...or maybe Nutty Movie Night, like in the movie... Love at the Thanksgiving Day Parade on the Hallmark Channel! Check out below for my favorite Nutty Butter.
Watching Movies together is great fun...as my family gathered around the TV to hear the President speak the other night, it reminded me of reruns I watch of The Walton's. They would always gather around the radio back then to hear the current news. I feel that this situation in some ways has united us again.
I recently saw a message that contemporary Christian Artist Natalie Grant shared on social media, and it is so true.
"With all the panic, fear and hysteria happening at the moment, the word of God is still our best guide. I read this today. Don’t give in to fear. So take appropriate precautions, use wisdom, wash your hands and TRUST GOD. Because we are the people of God. The world is freaking out. Let’s not join them. Instead, let hope, not fear, be what marks our lives. And when people ask you about the confidence you have in this moment, seize every opportunity, and share the hope and peace found only in Jesus. No better time than the present." I believe Natalie is trying to remind us just like her song says...Jesus is the King of the World, and let us not forget that! He Holds Us All!
DaySpring has many items that will shine a light on trusting God in every circumstance.
Feeling stuck, frustrated, and defeated? Allen believes the solution is simple: how we think shapes how we live. We can learn to stop thoughts that leave us prey to toxic patterns like victimhood, anxiety, and distraction. Drawing on biblical teaching and neuroscience, she shows how to fight the enemies of the mind with the truth of God. Feeling stuck, frustrated, and defeated? So, I also wanted to share a song I heard on KLOVE radio today, by The Afters, and some scriptures that are my go to for peace. Did you know that there are 365 scriptures about fear in the Bible... one for every day of the year, and our God has given us these to help with anyone with anxiety and fear, if we just cast our cares upon Him!
I also love to listen to American Family Radio (AFR). It is a wonderful outlet for a Christian perspective of the lateset news and issues. Here is a LINK to their website.
Blessings for the Day to Encourage your Life
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?"
Matthew 6:25-27
I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
Psalm 34:4
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:34
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.
Psalm 55:22
I will lift up my eyes to the hills, from where comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
